IBM LBPS - This company does not take your calls, every extension is voicemail. They do not return calls.
I have been trying to get someone fom the short sale dept. to call back regarding an offer that was sent in more than a week ago.
I initially spoke to Laura Conley who was helpful, but I'm unable to get through and when I do it is the same voicemail. The recording promises to call back in 24-72 hours (depending on the nature of the problem) and you are asked not to leave multiple messages. I have been waiting since Tuesday 9/14/10 for a call.
Where are the managers who can these issues be escalated to?
